Parents of GHS students:
October is Healthy Kids Survey month! This ANONYMOUS survey has been developed to assess the health, risk behaviors, resiliency, and assets of our youth. This instrument has been developed and supported by a number of Colorado state agencies, including the Department of Education, Public Health and Environment, Human Services, and Public Safety. The information we receive is tied to funding to develop appropriate health education, a coordinated school health program, and substance abuse prevention programs.
Copies of the survey are available for you to read, at the Gunnison Public Library and the School offices. If you do NOT wish for your student to participate in this ANONYMOUS survey, please contact GHS by Wednesday November 11th, otherwise all students will be involved.
